  Wilson López López has a PhD in Basic and Social Psychology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, is a Professor at the Pontifical Xavierian University and Editor of Universitas Psychologica. Lopez Lopez has published more than 150 articles in journals included in Web of Science and SCOPUS, he also wrote books and chapters of books and is an opinion columnist in the magazine Semana, and the newspaper El Espectador. As a researcher, he has carried out various studies on mass media and conflict and related topics such as forgiveness, legal issues and, even, drugs. He id the coordinator of the network of editors of psychology journals from iberoamerica, was a member of the scientific committee of Redalyc, is a member of Scielo Colombia and Publindex committe in Colombia and an ambassador of Plan S.
